Real estate professionals, senior living teams, elder-law attorneys and family advisers often meet a family when the next step feels urgent, but no one has named the decisions. RightSize helps an older adult or family put choices, open questions, responsibilities and dates into one written plan. The family decides; you keep your own professional role.
A good time to introduce us
- A parent wants to downsize but family members are talking past one another.
- A client is ready to list or move, but cannot decide what stays, who handles it or when to bring in specialists.
- Adult children live elsewhere and need approved local appointment coverage with written updates.
- An employee is helping a parent move or planning a retirement move, and the employer wants a limited planning benefit.
What the family gets
A free consultation to understand the situation; a guided Starter Session or Decision-Ready Mini Package if it fits; and a written next-step list or working plan, as the chosen package describes. Optional On-the-Ground Support for approved local appointments is $85 per hour. Package details and prices are on our site. The family chooses and pays outside providers directly.
A clean handoff
Ask the family if they would like RightSize's contact details, or ask permission to introduce us. Do not send private details before they agree. We contact them only through the route they authorize. We share a plan or update with you only if the person who controls it explicitly approves the information and recipient. A referral does not create a contract.
Clear roles
RightSize guides decisions, documents the plan and coordinates approved handoffs. We do not pack, haul, appraise, provide legal, tax, medical or financial advice, handle property or money, or direct another professional's work. When a regulated or physical task appears, the family decides which qualified provider to use.
